Mr Frank Woodman

On 20th May at approximately 6.30pm a fire broke out in my neighbours home.

Many local people may know my neighbour

Frank Woodman from back in the day as a PE teacher at Hanham High School. Frank has helped our community and the children within it for many years.

Frank has been my neighbour for 10 years and has been a pleasure to live next door too. Frank unfortunately lost his wife a few years ago and has been living by himself since, with very little support or company. Frank has had a very tough few years & now has to face the loss of his beautiful home & all his personal possessions.

Fire fighters were quickly at the scene & it took 4 fire trucks and 20,000 litres of water to put the fire out, leaving Franks home and possessions completely destroyed. Frank is unable to return home due to the condition it is currently in. The fire has also affected another neighbours home.

I am asking for a donation in helping support Frank in the future with accommodation, clothing and basic essential’s so as a community we can support Frank through this extremely difficult time.
