Mr Dennis Jackson's Health Journey

Hi Everyone,

My name is Devin Denaro and I am a special education teacher in the NYC-DOE at Ps305Q. I am starting this fundraiser for my paraprofessional, Dennis Jackson. Dennis was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer, and although his plan was to work while continuing his treatment, he was medically advised that he must stay home. Dennis is the sole supporter in his household and will be out of work; therefore not able to support his family and his medical expenses in the way he can while working.

Mr. Jackson is a loved individual in our school community, and is highly respected by all staff and students. I can not picture a day without Mr. Jackson. He works with each student individually in a small group, performs the guitar on students' birthdays, and is passionate about being at work every day. He always says he can not picture his life without working at Ps 305.
