Mr. Billy recently lost his wife due to an illness unknown. Billy is an outstanding, hardworking, caring janitor at Bullard High school. He constantly has a smile on his face and you can tell he enjoys working around us as students. Billy also has 5 kids he has to support and take care of. Many know that janitors and custodians do not make much money. Myself as well as a couple of my friends are really close with Mr. Billy and we think this would be a great surprise. Funerals are extremely expensive and are not the most fun to plan.
