Tough mudder

I've created this page because I want to make a difference!! I work on a busy haematology and oncology ward caring for some of the strongest people I have ever met battling leukaemia and various cancers! Their strength and determination to beat their disease and overcome the awful side effects of their treatment and chemotherapy never fails to amaze me.
Approaching Christmas means it’s time for our wards ‘shoeboxes of love’  project to start! Making shoes boxes to brighten up Christmas morning for our patients, many who spend weeks/months in hospital at a time! Im supporting this project and other wellness projects for our patients and carers on our ward by raising money as part of my participation in Tough Mudder Melbourne 2019. It’s a 16km run/obstacle course, and I am definitely not the fittest person to be participating so will be a huge challenge and I’ll need to dig deep in order to even finish it! 
Please help me help them by giving whatever you can! Also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family. Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot!
