Update: After receiving a heart transplant on December 3, 2023, complications have her needing a second transplant and is currently on dialysis as well. Janesha is one of the strongest people I know and her drive and determination is unmatched. She has three beautiful kids and her fight is for them! Hi, my name is Algerita Coleman. I am on a mission to help my daughter raise money to help with some financial stresses to to her having health issues. Dear Family, Friends, and Family in Christ. Janesha has now been placed in the hospital awaiting a heart.

We are here today to rally together and support Janesha Coleman a true warrior who has been bravely battling through unimaginable health challenges. Janesha is currently facing the uphill battle of Congestive Heart Failure. A normal heart pumps blood out of its left ventricle at about 50 to 70 percent — a measurement called an ejection fraction, according to the American Heart Association. Nesha ejection fraction rate is 10 percent. As some of you may be already aware, end-stage heart failure is a rare condition affecting only a small percentage of the population. Only about 3,500 heart transplants are performed each year in the United States, and there are currently over 100,000 people on the national waiting list for organ transplants. We are launching this GoFundMe campaign to stand by her side and provide her with the assistance she urgently needs.

Nesha is an exceptional individual known for his resilience, kindness, and unwavering spirit. Despite facing numerous setbacks, relentless medical procedures and hospital stays, she has always maintained a positive attitude and continues to inspire those around her. Nesha is an example of courage and unwavering positivity, even during the darkest moments. Now, it is our turn to show support.

Nesha have endure many hospital stays, one in particular led to her being on life support and ventilator. Her recent hospital stay was due to a Myocardial Infarction better know as a heart attack. She’s also had ablations, a Defibrillator placed and mechanical heart valve placed and put on multiple medications to keep her heart beating normally but she has continued to have significant symptoms. When the heart can't pump enough oxygen-rich blood to meet the body's energy needs, a general feeling of tiredness or fatigue sets in. A = Activity limitation. People with heart failure are often unable to do their normal activities because they become easily tired and short of breath.

Nesha’s health struggles have significantly limited his ability to work and generate income. Despite having numerous talents that normally would bring in income, Nesha exhibits symptoms of feeling dizzy, lightheaded, short of breathe, unusual swelling in the legs/feet, a persistent cough or chest congestion (the cough may be dry or hacking) on a daily which not only keeps her from working but it also keeps her from providing the normal things like taking her kids outside to the play ground.

Nesha has three beautiful children that she love and adore. When she was in better health you could often see her out making memories with her children each holiday or weekend. If you know Nesha you also would know that she never meets a stranger. You often see her in the Conway or Lake Village area calling people she know her family member.

Janesha has continued to be in good spirit in spite of her journey to receive a new heart. The out pour of love and support from the Hospital Staff at Baptist Little Rock, Arkansas to the countless family, friends, and strangers is only a small portion of the over flow of love! Continue to pray not only for her, but her beautiful three kids that miss her dearly.
