Dawn, a loving wife to her husband Bryan, and mother of 2 sweet girls (Kayla 17, Lana 4) is facing an intense battle. Cancer has come back for the 3rd time in 11 years. This time, stage 4 metastatic in several bones. This came as a complete heartbreaking shock this past Christmas.

Dawn is pursuing a 2nd opinion to ensure the best treatment option is available. Dawn is also seeing a naturopathic oncologist in Scottsdale AZ who has dozens of ways to treat this disease in advanced stage. Time and funds to cover the high cost of very promising natural treatments (including IV Vitamin C, Mistletoe Injections) will be key to beat this and keep quality of life.

She will also be doing Intensive Trauma therapy, Chiropractic, lymphatic drainage / massage, radical juicing along with dozens of supplements to get herself mentally and physically strong enough to continue to fight

Also, this is understandably impacting her ability to work. Dawn and Bryan are used to having two steady incomes. Dawn is in the process of taking a short term leave that may also result in a long term leave while she surrenders to this process of healing.

Some may remember in 2013, when Dawn first fought this battle, she worked full time through the year of her chemo (2 types for 6 months), surgery and radiation. She was on total auto pilot and has never been able to fully process mentally or physically the disease and the overwhelming mind / body interruption. This may be the reason it keeps coming up. Time away from demanding and rewarding career will be stressful (both personally and financially) but is also very necessary.

Finally, Dawn's faith is strong and we are believing with her that she will be fully healed. In her own words:

"I am past the point of shock and am now working on my roadmap for living life to the fullest and ensuring I do ALL I CAN to live as long as possible for my precious children, my amazing husband and my family. I also have ALWAYS wanted to be a grandma (Nani) so I am taking all steps to make sure I meet that long term goal!!

I have surrendered this trial to the One who created me and loves me so faithfully.

“Though I walk through the valley of the shadows of death (darkest shadows), I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me”. Psalms 23:4

I know our bodies ARE fearfully and wonderfully made AND have the ability to heal from all things. I have met people with miraculous recoveries and read hundreds and miraculous testimonies!!! This will be me too (praying with this BOLD EXPECTATION JEHOVAH RAPHA)

It’s important to know that I DO have hope but that I also am human and my emotions can weigh heavy at times.

Asking for BOLD PRAYERS for my healing and to also ask Father to also carry my husband and daughters closely as they walk this path along side me ♥️
