Help Us Overcome Medical and Financial Struggles

It has been a challenging time for our family. My brother, who nearly died from a traumatic brain injury back in April 2017 after being assaulted while traveling, was left with a lifetime side effect of seizures. Sadly, last July, he had one that caused him to fall and hit his head again, injuring the opposite side of the brain. He was again hospitalized and continues to undergo rehab. Sadly, this time around, there may be more side effects and permanent damages.

While all of this is happening, our mom received news that her cancer has returned and has spread. Our parents have had to stay with our brother throughout his treatment and now have to travel back and forth for mom to receive her treatment. Medical bills, rentals, food, travel, and other expenses continue to pile up and increase. As my husband and I try to take care of my parents' house for now to help, and at the same time take care of our own family and bills, it has been very difficult and financially challenging.
