Jordan’s Recovery

On Saturday August 8th in a restaurant parking lot, Jordan was senselessly attacked and viciously beaten, given no chance to defend himself. Jordan was taken by ambulance to First Health Moore Regional hospital but once they realized the severity of his injuries, he was transported to UNC Chapel Hill hospital. Within an hour of being there, he underwent emergency surgery to remove a large hematoma (bleeding on the brain). The attack also resulted in a crushed nose, and his jaw being broken on both sides. He has been sedated and on a ventilator since. One of the individuals involved turned himself into police but was bailed out within two hours. Jordan is 22, healthy and strong. He will get through this, but it will be a long recovery. He is going to need a lot of support from his friends and family. He will come out stronger! Donations and prayers are greatly appreciated.
