Hope for Jayden

Most of you have heard the news but for those who haven't, our beloved Jayden has been diagnosed with a rare soft tissue cancer called Epithelioid Sarcoma (ES)

A PET scan Tuesday revealed that the cancer has spread to her lungs and lymph nodes which puts her at stage 4.

This is the biggest nightmare any parent or any 21 year old could receive, but this is their tough reality.

They have multiple appointments lined up so they can choose the best treatment options for her.
The family has also been furiously doing their research and have already started Jay on a special low carb, fresh organic, no sugar diet.

The family will continue to update as they receive more information and as they are emotionally able. This is an extremely overwhelming time in their lives and for those who are nearest and dearest to the family.

Many people will agree when I say Jayden, Jaimie (her mom) Wes (her Step dad) and Savana (sister)  are one of the BEST families I have ever met and would give the shirts off of their backs to help any stranger on the street let alone one of their friends or family members. These are the kind of people that make you want to be a better person because of them. The last thing they should have to worry about is funds on how to Fight this Cancer any way possible. 

Jayden is a remarkable  21 year old young lady who has aspirations of receiving a degree in Psychology from ESU and has recently made the Dean's List. Way to go Jay! She is the kid you want your kids to be friends with. Jay has such a love for life and animals, so much that she is a vegetarian. She has such a good head on her shoulders and such a silly sense of humor always making friends and family laugh and smile. She was in Girl Scouts up until she was 18 with her Troop leader as her momma! She is strong and she will face this war but not alone. Nonetheless, this family has a tough road ahead of them.

Your contribution today will help the family with expenses such as Cancer treatments, lodging near the treatment locations, gas, food for Jayden's special diet, missed work, medications, etc.
