MP2 Virtual Band Aid

Massaponax High School Marching Band is Spotsylvania County's largest (and growing significantly every year) marching band. This wonderful organization is in desperate need of funds to help with the purchase of new instruments, color guard equipment, and other various items. Because the band recieves little to no funding from the school, county, or state, it has to rely solely on membership dues and fundraising. Every dollar received goes directly to the band. The band, known affectionately as Massaponax Marching Panther Pride, or MP2, provides countless opportunities for students to gain leadership skills, to earn scholarships, indulge their passion for music, and be a part of the community through various activities. The band members are very hard working and grateful to be a part of something so special. Their hard work paid off when they earned 2015 Virginia Honor Band.
