My beautiful nieces need your help. They are three little girls who are very important to me.   Their mother divorced the father in 2012 and the courts recognized there was "Significant Domestic Violence" in the home and awarded sole legal custody and sole legal decision making authority to the mother.  The courts made a ruling that before the father could have more time with his children he would need to meet specific requirements.   Father has not met the requirements mandated by the court, but yet is attempting to modify custody. The girls are 15, 13, and 7.   So far, the father has continued to deny the abuse despite testimony from all the children and the mother.    The two oldest boys are over 18, but are concerned for the safety of their sisters and have provided statements and documentation to the court regarding the abuse they sustained.  The girls are asking to be heard and tell their story to the courts.  I need to hire an attorney to represent the children.  This court battle has become more about the father against the mother rather than what is best for the children and their wishes for their future.  The children need to be effectively heard by the courts.  Our family has expensed over $100,000.00 in legal fees already protecting this family and we now need to hire an attorney just for the girls so they can be fairly represented.   I promise you all money raised will go directly to cover legal costs for these beautiful girls.  Any help you can provide will be treasured and appreciated more than any words could ever say.  Thank you so much.
