I will soon make my dream a reality. I plan to set up a food truck and cook up some delicious Japanese influenced food. 

Those who know me are aware that my passion has been food. It has been a lifelong dream to share my cooking with you.

The biggest expense is to buy and fit out a suitable truck that could cater for cooking and serving. I will be branding it and make sure it runs well to avoid breaking down during my travels to events and venues.
