Moyoeno - Lusofonando is a project that has its primary objective creating and sharing content mainly for executive assistants that enables them to provide services of rigor and excellence.
The objective of the project is also to encourage, motivate and develop EAs with an adding edge or ‘A differential factor’, if you will, to their competences, and stimulating their critical thinking. The aim is to create a profile aligned with that of top professionals established in the rest of the world, so that they are thus able to provide services, implement strategies and lead their careers with professionalism, ethics and rigor.
We propose to stimulate skills in search of self-knowledge and purpose.
Using management and leadership tools to promote a growth mindset conducive to self-worth and self-esteem. As well as exploring the great technological and digital expansion of our times.
We’ll also encourage leadership and career progression using negotiation techniques.
At the same time, we explore and encourage ways to amplify professional relationships beyond borders, as well as strategies to promote innovation and leverage a profession that deserves recognition, credibility and visibility, like any other.

The project also aims to carry-out local seminars, in each Lusophone African country, with national and, where possible, international trainers, volunteers in different specializations.
