Hi, my name is Katie and me and my girlfriend Sarah are raising funds for our dog Moxie. Our poor girl needs surgery as well as a CT scan, and the total will be $5,000.

In the past 3 years, we have spent thousands of dollars on Moxie trying to find a diagnosis and treatment for her. She has had infection after infection for 3 years now, and we finally were able to get her a scope procedure to find out the cause. Our poor girl has an ectopic ureter, an extra band in her ureter they need to snip, and blood coming from her kidneys. She needs surgery, which will be $3,000+ to fix all that, as well as a CT scan before her surgery, which will be $1,500 to figure out which surgical route they need to take.

We just spent $700 on her medication and $1,000 on two rounds of blood work, two urine cultures, and an ultrasound. In the past, we have spent over $5,000 on this treatment and infections. We are in a crisis where we are finding it hard financially with bills as well as finding money to go towards her surgery. We are looking to raise close to $5,000 to get our baby the help she needs and fix her ectopic ureter and blood in her kidneys so that she can live a healthy life with no more infections and be the happiest girl she can be.
