Moving From Toxicity Fund!

My name is Ashley Shinavar AKA "Tenor", I'm a homemaker trying to make it as a freelance artist and webcomic artist and long story short: My family is being evicted illegally from our home of 8 years by my mother-in-law who's mad I won't be bullied anymore. (This is literally over a garden, nothing that broke the lease, just pure unchecked ego that she isn't getting her way).
Yes, we could take this to court to fight it but we rather just be done with it as it's been 8 years of lies, manipulations, attempted scams, bullying, and mental/emotional abuse that I just can't take anymore and I don't want that around our child. My husband works 15+ hours a day regularly so he can't put a stop to it (and he shouldn't have to, in my opinion). I've been wanting out since our child was born and mother-in-law tried to convince me to give her up for adoption and leave my husband's life (Yes, we were married at the time), but life's been hard for us so it's been slow going as I have had to learn finances from scratch, dealing with my husband who thought his parents were properly educated and not screwing us over to milk money from us left, right, and center all these years.
We are preapproved for the loan and we're entering a contract for a home. But aside from loans, moving is expensive. There's the appaiser (we're getting a government loan as it's the only thing we qualified for, est $575), the home inspector costs ($300-400), moving classes costs (required for the loan we're getting, $200), any repairs to either house, truck rentals, food (anyone who's moved knows cooking while in process of moving boxes? No thank you~). There's also smaller odds and ends that keep cropping up, we still have to pay rent and utilities here while trying to get up the money for everything else it's just a mess at the end of the day.
So the purpose of this gofundme is mostly because I have been asked to set up something to make donations to. I've always been nervous about setting up things like this as typically I like to work for money given to me, but I accept there just isn't enough hours in the day to make what I need and, honestly, I'm scared and we need help. I've driven myself to the edge and I have to accept I am only human who can only do so much.
The goal price is just an over estimate. All funds will be helping us out during this time period, getting everything set to move, and should there be anything extra I'll be setting the money into a savings account to start an emergency fund should anything crop up after all is said and done.
