Hi my name is Amethyst and this week , after living in our home for 15 years, the landlord has asked us to vacate by February 2027.

my children’s whole lives have been in this home. I have two Davon who has severely high needs and is 16 years old and Kal my eldest who jsut started college but still needs to live at home.

We’ve found love and we have suffered loss in this home. It’s heartbreaking. We have 5 parrots 3 of whom we rescued and sometimes are the only thing that gets me out of bed in the morning. We have an elderly Boston terrier and an elderly mastiff we can’t possibly rehome at their ages since there is nothing we can do about moving. we can do plan for a safe move into a safe space. With as little upset to my son mental health as possible and to my body.

But, we need YOUR help. MY disabilities, and needing a wheelchair ,prevent me from doing normal activities such as packing up and lifting boxes. We will need help to pack and to have it all moved. Please help if you can
