Moving Back Home After Major Health Setbacks

Hello everyone. This is a very personal and private request. I hate even asking for help, but I'm in a tight spot as is everyone else. I'm trying to move home to my family in Indiana. Over the past 4 months, I have had a massive stroke with a brain bleed on my right side, been treated for congestive heart failure, had my great toe on my left foot amputated, and both eyes had cataract surgery. My health has deteriorated immensely and I feel I need to get home more than ever. I am in Alabama, however, not a good situation at all. I am on disability at $1400 a month, which I appreciate, however, it's not enough to move with the expenses.
