Hi, my name is Ruby and I'm 16 years old. This year, I have decided to partake in movember by running/walking 200km. Movember is an annual event in November where participants grow moustaches or move to raise awareness and funds for men's health issues, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention. The campaign aims to reduce the number of men dying prematurely from these often preventable health issues. Any funds I manage to raise will go directly to the Movember foundation. Supporting innovative world-class men’s health projects in their key focus areas – mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.
