The Dance of My Life

I have danced and trained in the path of Movement Medicine for over six years—a journey that has shaped me profoundly, fostering personal growth, compassion, and self-love. It is from this inner Source that I now reach out for support. To me, this practice is an expansion of consciousness, pulsing with rhythm, community, and the spirit of the dance.

Like many valuable things in life, this path has its financial cost. I have followed the cues of my Soul to make it possible, and now, once again, I trust where I am being led. I am transitioning from my former role as a school teacher into a new calling as a Soul-Call Coach, Movement Medicine Teacher, and Ritualist, offering self-marriage ceremonies through Yes to Your Self. This rebirth takes time—to find the right doors, to align with prosperity, and to fully step into this next chapter.

Two Commitments I Made

Assisting the Apprenticeship Program 2025

I am honored to be assisting Yasia & David in the Movement Medicine Apprenticeship Program 2025 in Hungary. Serving a beautiful cohort of dancers is a deeply enriching experience, and I am learning a lot. There are two more modules to complete. [To maintain clear professional boundaries, I do not seek support from this cohort for this purpose.]

Summer Long Dance

Having completed the CPD training in "Ceremony & Ritual", I feel a deep calling to attend this powerful dancing prayer. Ceremony is becoming increasingly essential to me—creating a collective field of togetherness, asking for guidance, and dancing our prayers into being. I believe in its profound ripple effect, strengthening circles and ceremonies across the web of life, alongside all forms of peace work.

What I Am Calling In

Dancing prayer, growth, courage, blossoming, peace, awakening, soul-expansion, love-labor, and prosperity. May I walk life on a solid financial foundation that allows me to meet my needs with ease and embark on these inner and outer journeys that truly align with who I am becoming. Wishing this to become true for us all.

Alongside my dear friend Courtenay, we are weaving Yes To Your Self into being—offerings that strengthen the inner, resounding YES to who you are, centered around the essence of a self-marriage ritual. A drum-birthing workshop will take place from May, 1-4th in Emmental (CH).

My personal website is in its final stages and will be launched in mid-April.
