
Movement for mindset
For the 31 days of January, Andy and I will move 31 minutes each day. Our exercise of choice will range from yoga, PT/weights, walking, swimming, running and boxing. We are doing this challenge to build healthier habits for ourselves in 2025, and decided to raise funds for charity in the process.
We are raising money in aid of Scottish Action for Mental Health and every donation will help. In current times, mental health is something that affects many. There are so many things we can do to help improve our own mental health and reduce daily stresses, however, sometimes additional support is required and any funds raised will help in that process.
Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause. Scottish Action for Mental Health, SAMH, is Scotland’s national mental health charity. They operate over 70 services in communities across Scotland, providing mental health social care support, addictions and employment services, among others. Together with national programme work in See Me, respectme, suicide prevention, and physical activity and sport, these services inform SAMH’s policy and campaign work to influence positive social change.
