MoveMeant: Self-Acceptance through Movement

As a queer boy, when I was growing up I did not accept myself or my body. Dancing was my outlet; it saved my life.  As I trained and performed as a dancer I learned to accept myself.

How do you feel in your body?

I founded MoveMeant for every human being to feel more at home and at peace in their own body. Today, more than ever, we might feel restricted in our physical spaces and challenged in our own skin.

In MoveMeant, we wish to help you feel more at ease and at home in your body. We offer our virtual, themed workshops to a wide range of age groups, physical abilities, and communities worldwide.

In order to continue leading open virtual workshops for the public, we need your support. Our expenses pay for the creation of content, musicians, and rehearsals. We support artists, and would be so grateful if you would help us to support artists and spiritual innovators in these challenging times.

We are dedicated to leading workshops that support LGBTQ+, the physically challenged, and countless other individuals and communities in need of feeling at home in their own skin. Please consider donating to support our cause. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated and sincerely welcome. We invite you to donate now and help MoveMeant embody the world.
