A Movember to Remember – In Honour of My Dad

In May 2024, I lost my wonderful, vibrant, witty and deeply clever dad after seven difficult years of watching him slowly deteriorate through Dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other health complications.

This Movember, I’m raising funds for Dementia UK, an incredible organisation that provides vital support to families living with dementia and works tirelessly to improve understanding, treatment, and care for those affected.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps them continue their mission — offering hope, guidance, and compassion to people facing one of life’s toughest challenges.

This one’s for my dad — and for every family who’s been touched by dementia.
