Movember Male Cancer Awareness in Nigeria
Do you want to join us to make a difference?
Do you know male cancer (prostate and testicular cancer) accounts for about 10% cancer mortality in Nigeria?
Do you know that only a few Nigerian men have access to male cancer screening?
The Control Cancer Initiative Nigeria (CCIN) is raising money to sponsor a minimum of 200 high-risk men for male cancer screening in Nigeria as a part of our Movember Male Cancer Awareness month. We have secured a subsidised Quantitative Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) screening in partnership with Firmcare Diagnostic Centre (a leading diagnostic centre in Nigeria).
The test including logistics will cost USD 10 (app. NGN 4000). Depending on how much raised, we will scale the test accordingly.
CCIN is a fully registered non-profit organization (CAC/IT/NO 147869) set up by oncology researchers and clinicians, to promote and strengthen cancer research and care in Nigeria.
Please donate and help us save lives and raise awareness on male health in Nigeria.
