Martavious had a laid-back outlook and approach to life. His authentic, relaxed, and easygoing personality was infectious and contagious.

He had a heart for people. His attitude and mindset made him accessible, always willing to help with just a text or call. He loved sincerely, without judgment or opinion.

Like most people, Martavious didn’t enjoy adversity, but he understood that life is not always fair. His no-nonsense style made it easier to adapt and even overcome some of life’s hardest challenges.

Martavious lived boldly and unashamed. He never allowed his weight to deter or keep him from living life to its fullest. Whether through sports or billiards, his tenacity inspired others.

His love for life, people, and even sleep never wavered. From childhood, he carried a deep and genuine knowledge of God. He knew, trusted, and loved God, and this faith touched every life he encountered.

The Move Like MARTY Foundation faithfully strives to keep Martavious’ spirit alive offering opportunities, guiding, and encouraging others with love throughout the community.
