Thanks to a great friend I was pointed towards this little fixer upper
And as the name implies it has a list of things to repair! Jared and I have spent most of our off time patching and sanding and doing the work together however, some repairs will need a professional and may get costly. The home is under a mile away from Jared's Dad and 5 minutes from his school and he's loving the process. It's always been my dream to start out and buy a place but all the money I will have is to go for down payment and bills at this point. Absolutely anything helps !
