Kristin summons sunshine in your heart. She’ll bring an ear-to-ear smile on your face just by being around. Most certainly, she will entice you to take part in some shenanigans you never considered before. This glorious human being has been fighting an uphill battle for the past 15 months. She’s been through it all - multiple surgeries, changing prognoses, and chemo treatments with variable impact on the cancer but certain damage to the day-to-day lives of our cherished friend and her family. Next on the list of life-saving and life-sustaining options is a holistic, food supplementing and naturopathic approach to terminate the cancer in Kristin’s body. Many people share that their cancer did not respond well to chemo but their bodies were able to fight it off with an alternative treatment. Such treatments are not covered by insurance and their costs lay heavy on the family’s bank accounts as well as on their hearts and minds. The medical bills and hospital stay expenses are beginning to come out of the shadows to show their ugly faces. Money should never be the reason for not giving a life changing approach a fair chance.
