When I learned about the children trapped by exploitation and trafficking, I felt powerless — until I discovered I could act. This summer I am joining Break the Cycle with Hope for Justice, Inc. to turn everyday movement into a force for freedom. Every walk, run, cycle, or group activity becomes a statement: we will not ignore those most vulnerable in our communities.

Hope for Justice works to prevent exploitation, rescue victims, and restore lives across four continents. Their team supports survivors with safety, healing, and long-term care while pushing for the systems changes needed to stop abuse before it happens. I believe that together we can multiply their impact simply by showing up and raising awareness through activity and wellness.

I am doing this because no child should live in fear or bondage. Standing with Hope for Justice feels like standing with survivors: offering hope, resources, and a future where exploitation ends. Every step I take this summer is dedicated to the courage of those who have survived and to the children who still need rescuing.
