Hi, I’m Aaron — a theatre, film and TV maker, and the founder of Little Ripa Productions.
Little Ripa was born from a simple belief:
Make it bold. Make it mean something.
Our first production was King James by Pulitzer Prize finalist Rajiv Joseph, staged at the Old Fitz Theatre to. It’s a play about friendship, loyalty and time — and the response from audiences and critics was incredibly encouraging.
"Don't miss this unique blend of humour and heart that makes King James a triumph on stage." - Honi Soit
"One of the funniest, most joyous serious plays I've seen...utterly infectious." - Theatre Red
Since then, the question hasn’t been “what’s next?”
It’s been “how do we keep going — and go bigger, without losing what matters?”
Why I’m running 22km
In May, I’ll be running the UTMB Blue Mountains trail run — 22 kilometres of steep climbs, rough terrain and serious mental grit.
I’m not doing it because I love punishment.
I’m doing it because endurance and storytelling aren’t that different.
Both ask you to show up when it’s uncomfortable.
Both require faith that something meaningful waits on the other side.
This run is my way of putting my body where my beliefs are.
What your support helps create
Every dollar raised will go directly toward Little Ripa’s next chapter, including:
Publishing our first non-fiction novel
Developing our slate of tv series and a feature film for pitching
Laying the groundwork for our next stage production in 2027
Little Ripa’s work aims to entertain first — but also to resonate.
To be playful and bold.
To leave people feeling something.
Be part of the journey
If you’re able to donate, thank you.
If you can share this page, that helps just as much.
Thank you for backing the run, the work, and the stories yet to be told.
With gratitude,
Aaron Glenane
