Mountains for MS
Our Story:
Our names are Rhiannon and Mikey, we are a couple who both grew up as young carers to support our mums who both had Multiple Sclerosis, a terrible degenerative disease that slowly attacks the brain.
Sadly we both lost our parents at very young ages.
In memory of our parents we would like to raise Money and support the MS Society and make people aware of the disease.
There is no cure, but they offer hope for the future by investing millions in research, and help through their information, support and campaigning and every donation goes a long way.
More than 130,000 people in the UK have MS and the MS Society is here for every one of them, through the highs, lows and everything in between.
It would mean the world to us and we appreciate every donation. ❤
Thank you in advance for your support ❤
Our Plan:
We are both enthusiastic hikers, in 2019 we scaled our first Mountain/Fell which was The Old Man of Coniston, we knew then what we wanted to do!
Our aim this year will be to challenge the 3 highest peaks in the UK.
We will be hiking as much as we can until we take on the 3 peaks, this year already we have hiked the Llyn Y Fan Fach and the Pen Y Fan,
In June we will Tackle Snowdon.
In July we will Tackle Scarfell.
And finally in August Ben Nevis.
I hope we can get your support in raising money for such a special charity which is so close to our hearts.
We will be recording and posting to YouTube and Facebook.
