Mount Pleasant Seafood is a family owned business in Mount Pleasant. It was founded in 1945. Mount Pleasant Seafood is a local business and has been around for many years. This is not just a seafood shop to most people but a livelihood and a home. The Fitch’s have created an amazing place for people to come and enjoy buying seafood but also for people to come and be apart of a family. Ms. Sarah is the most generous, sweet, kind, and caring person there is, and has put her all into this place. Those that have worked here or have been fortunate enough to know her consider her a second Mom. She’s worked so hard to create an amazing and prosperous business. It’s with such sadness to see the shop in ashes and sut. In the fire, Mount Pleasant Seafood lost most of their seafood as well as having to start over and rebuild. As we are all sad to see the original and beloved Seafood Shop change, we want to help the Fitch’s! We want to help them get back to work and selling us good fresh seafood!
