My name is Fiona Andrew and I am raising money for my dear friend Merril Matthews. She has had a stroke and emergency surgery. She is now in ICU on a feeding tube and breathing tube. Although she is now stable, no doubt she is looking at a long road to recovery.

Merril, like many of us, works in the gig economy. Therefore, it is essential that she has the financial resources she needs going forward. At this point it is difficult to anticipate all of her needs . I want us to provide her with a little cushion so that she does not wish for anything.

The money raised in this campaign will get mobility aids: Wheelchair, scooter, walker or whatever she requires, such as vitamins and supplements.
