Help us to fight the wind farms you don't want near you!

There are several very good reasons to oppose the reckless roll-out of renewables and in particular wind farms as the turbines have consequences extending far beyond mere visual impact.

Emitting both high levels of Infrasound (noise below 20hz), Microplastics and other toxic pollutants turbines represent an unacceptable risk to human health and the environment! The truth of this is carefully kept from us by the wind energy industry and its supporters in governments.

Motvind UK CIC is a UK non profit organisation dedicated to helping communities oppose unwanted wind farm developments through better engagement with the relevant planning authorities as well as legal challenge where the planning process falls short.

Right now, we are helping several UK communities to oppose monstrous wind farm developments that will have severe impacts on their lives, landscape, business and local biodiversity.

It’s very clear that our beloved rural countryside will become one vast toxic energy park if these projects are not stopped. 

It is also clear that legal challenge by Judicial Review in the High Court is likely the only path available to us.

We urgently need your help. Those proposing these developments have teams of highly paid consultants and solicitors with millions of pounds to spend. We rely on our own funds and your donations.

We have already spent over £5,000 on legal advice and we are implementing this in scoping and planning representations.

Our target reflects the likely cost of mounting that legal challenge and any funds received will be accounted for.
