Motorhome Fire Joshua Kloyda & Mitra Fossand
Donation protected
I'm Joshua's sister Sarah. For all of you that know my brother, he has had a passion for motorhomes and living on the road. Joshua has made his living as a life long musician following his passion, and he couldn't do what he does if he didn't have Mitra by his side.
Joshua and Mitra purchased a new rig on August 3rd. Their hearts were so happy, they had so much more space! On August 5th they set off on their first adventure. While driving to their destination, they blew a tire and had to pull over. When they got out of the rig they saw hot flames. They went into panic mode and tried to put out the fire. They unfortunately had a faulty fire extinguisher.
The fire quickly engulfed the entire motorhome. Joshua and Mitra stood and watched all their possessions go up in flames. All of Mitra's tools for her job as a hairstylist, which she has invested her money in since being in the industry. Joshua's childhood memorabilia, his gear and guitars that he has spent his whole life collecting and using to make a living, his father's ashes and special things that his dad left behind for him, those things that can't be replaced, all go up in flames in a matter of minutes. They both were left with just the clothes on their back and the ashes of their home. We are so blessed they are both alive and safe!
Right now I'm asking for help to get Joshua and Mitra's life back on track as they have lost their home and everything in it. Anything that you can give helps! Feel free to leave a message of encouragement as well.
Thank you for all your love and support during this difficult time for them.
