Motorcycle accident unable to work no insurance

Hi, my name is Jesus Portilla; I got involved in a motorcycle accident resulting in a broken arm and two ribs. At the hospital, they first asked for my insurance, but I didn't have one, and in response, they told me that there was nobody available to see me and that I had to look for a doctor specializing in bones by myself. They were reluctant to give me any doctor recommendations saying that my situation was not too bad, and sent me home. I needed surgery right away. They finally decided to put a cast on my arm to stabilize it and some painkillers so I could go home. The next day I went to the ER at another hospital as I was in pain and needed surgery. I spent the whole day getting checked out and finally got surgery. The doctor said I would be incapacitated for three months. I am an autobody technician, but the company I work for is not giving me any financial support. I just received the bills from the two hospitals for $45,000, and I have no means to cover that amount of money. I would appreciate any help I can receive. God bless.
