Motorcycle Accident, help us raise funds

Donation protected
On 06/10/23, Mark Brashear was in an accident riding his motorcycle when a truck pulled out in front of him. Mark has suffered from multiple injuries and was sent to RRMC and then transferred to Lafayette where the trauma team was waiting for him and is now in ICU, it is a miracle he is alive. His road to recovery will be long and arduous, with potentially taking up to 3 months to heal.

Anyone who knows Mark, knows he always shows up and is genuinely always willing to help those in need.

Anything can help and would be very much appreciated, thank you everyone for your prayers and support.

update: 06/21/23

Mark is extremely grateful for every single person who has prayed, called, shared and donated. You have no idea how much you have helped in an immeasurable way. To allow Mark to continue to make progress, he needs more intensive rehabilitation and is back in Alexandria at rehab for now and is able to move his left arm some again which he wasn’t able to do before but the main concern is with his brain injuries right now and still a lot to learn but we are hopeful that with the right care that Mark can make a full recovery but he faces some really big challenges that we deeply want to support him with. May be a slightly longer road to recovery than we thought but I know prayer is powerful and ask you guys just to keep him in your prayers and to know, you all are extremely appreciated and Marks family and friends are forever grateful.
