Hi my name is John. Im raising funds to purchase a mobility scooter. Im 55 years old and have just given up driving because of losing the sight in my one eye. I've had diabetes for 35 years so i am now in the advanced stages of diabetes having all the problems that cone with it. In 2023 i was diagnosed with chronic heart disease. undergoing a triple bypass operation, which led to me having kidney failure and now having chronic kidney disease as well. Along with diabetic neuropathy high blood pressure and other ailments means I can't walk very far or get around very well

I'm hoping to raise funds to purchase a scooter, making it easier for me to get out and about
