While I am not a fan of asking for money, I am a fan of the power of social contracts and also of raising money for a good cause tbf...
Over the next 3 months or so, I am going to be:
- Running 48 miles over two days. Consisting of 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. Date: 11-13 April. ✅
- Riding in a 100-mile bike race. Ride London-Essex 100. Date: 29th May. ✅
- Running the Midnight Sun Marathon in Norway. Date: 18th June.
Initially, I had planned to do this solely for myself. However, donations will ensure that I am contractually obliged to fulfill these ambitious goals, and also ideally aim for some pretty tidy times.
All money donated will go to the PSP Association, which tackles issues relating to the rare and underfunded disease that cruelly and prematurely took Pete from me and anyone who was close to him.

More information about The PSP Association: PSPA is a small charity dedicated to helping people living with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) and Cortico Basal Degeneration (CBD). PSP and CBD are both rare brain diseases, for which there is no treatment or cure. With your help we can continue to fund vital research into the causes, treatment and eventual cure.
