Mother's House Destroyed & Animals Passed Away In House Fire

My mother (Lee Ann Gruza) who is recovering from bladder cancer & her significant other (James Williams) who has stage 4 kidney cancer lost their house and all of their belongings to a devastating house fire on April 17th, 2025. It destroyed their house, killed all of their animals, including their dog, cat, fish, and all of their possessions are burned and/or badly smoke damaged. The worst part is they had the house on a land contract, and it was almost paid off for a 15-year contract, but their insurance was lapsed at the time, meaning it was inactive. So, their house and all of their possessions will be a total loss with no insurance. They lost everything so any help is greatly, greatly appreciated.
