Hey, everyone.. I have to sit my pride aside and ask for help for my family. Everyone in my family hates to feel like a burden; because none of us like to ask people for anything, especially money. In saying that, I’d be lying if I said any sort of donation wouldn’t mean the world to us. It would help to ease the financial hardships that my family is under; and help us to have the time to simply grieve without worrying about at least one of the bills that arose from her battle. Even if it’s $1, you’ll have no idea what that means to us. I’ll, Brandon Cummings, even work for it if I have to. Anything to make my family’s lives any easier.
My mother, Regina Diane Cummings, fought so hard for so long and it saddens me to say she lost that battle. She touched so many lives, and went out of her way to try and be there for people and listen. Having my role model in the way of compassion gone from my life is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to come to terms with. If you can spare it, and it isn’t simultaneously causing you and yours to struggle; we’d greatly appreciate the help.
Her family meant the world to her(if you’re friends with her on Facebook, just look at her pictures. They’re only of her family), and I want todo everything in my power to say goodbye to her in a proper way, and the way she would have wanted.
From the bottom of the Cummings family’s hearts, thank you.
P.S. I love you so much mom. I wish I had more time with you.
Also, Dad, looking at these old photos of you, mom had to have been blind to choose someone with such a goofy mustache.
