Mother with Bilateral Fibrosing Mediastinitis

Amy was finally diagnosed with Bilateral Fibrosing Mediastinitis affecting upper and lower lung portions after battling chronic pneumonia and other respiratory infections for several years. This disease has haulted her ability to retain full time employment and she does everything possible to provide for her family. She has been accepted to obtain treatment at The Cleveland Clinic but she needs some assistance getting there and with the medical bills, child care and other expenses that are arising, its a major financial burden on her. 

This disease is rare and can ultimately result in her life coming to an end long before it should, leaving her 5 boys without their mother. She absolutely needs this treatment from the Cleveland Clinic.
