Help a student navigate asylum Challenges
Donation protected
Dear friends and supporters,
I want to share my story with you. I am a mother of two who bravely left my home in the Caribbean to pursue a better future in the United Kingdom. Despite facing challenges after being medically discharged from the British Army, I have remained determined to create a brighter future for myself and my family. I am a student at Croydon College, working hard to build a better life and positively contribute to the UK. However, my legal status is uncertain, and I am in the process of applying for asylum to stay in the country legally.
The situation I find myself in is quite challenging. Since leaving the army, I have been dedicated to my studies. However, the asylum process has become increasingly complex and urgent. I desperately need legal assistance to navigate the Home Office's requirements, present my case thoroughly, and secure my right to remain in the UK. Without professional legal representation, I could be forced to return to unsafe conditions in my home country.
I am reaching out to you for support. The funds raised through this campaign will enable me to hire an experienced immigration solicitor who can:
- Prepare and submit crucial documents to support my asylum application
- Represent me during interviews with the Home Office
- Provide legal advice and ensure my case is presented properly
Unfortunately, I am not eligible for total legal aid and cannot afford the legal fees required to complete this process.
Your support is critical to me. With your help, I can continue my studies and build a life here. Your contribution will make a significant difference, allowing me to remain in the UK and pursue my dreams.
Here's how you can help:
1. *Donate*: Every donation, no matter how small, will help cover the legal costs of my case.
2. *Share*: If you cannot donate, please share my story with others. The more people who know about my situation, the more support I may be able to gather.
Your support means the world to me. I am deeply grateful for any help you can provide. Thank you for standing with me and supporting my journey to remain in the UK and build a new life.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.*
