Mother of 9 Brutally Murdered!

We are the sisters of Antoinette Hammonds-Colón. She was a wife and a mother of 9 and blessed with a grandson. Her children range in the ages of 6 to 21 years old. Tragically Antoinette was taken from her family by senseless gun violence . She was shot Thursday November 14, 2024 while at work, on Harbison Blvd in Columbia, SC. And rushed to icu trauma division as a victim of a GSW to the head. Antoinette succumbed to her injury on Friday November 15, 2024. Forced to leave behind her entire family.

This monster Ja’Quivian Kennerly is the one that took her from us and somehow got away. This is an active investigation and he is currently being hunted down but the US Marshals. The detectives have been great with communicating and her job has been amazing at stepping in to help in any way they can. Antoinette has had a rough life but she was so full of life. She was silly, funny , she loved family time and getting together to goofing off. She loved her gospel music and would feed anyone in need . Her doors and kitchen was always open, she had a heart of gold even when she was struggling herself .

Antoinette was an energetic, funny, and jokester and the toughest crybaby you would ever meet. Even when she had nothing she gave everything without hesitation. This was true to the end. Not only is Antoinette a victim she was a hero. Please consider helping these babies give their mom a proper funeral and with any care or arrangements they may need going further.
