As some of you may know, on January 11th my cousin Alex was hit by a stray bullet getting out of a friend's car. Unfortunately, the bullet went through her liver and hit her spinal cord, leaving it severed. She is now paralyzed from the waist down.

Thankfully, after weeks of being in the hospital she is home; doing her best to adjust to her new normal.

Our family is currently making renovations to their home to make it wheelchair accessible for her. Those expenses along with hospital bills, physical therapy, and the equipment she needs are very costly. We are hoping to get her into physical therapy soon, but with her not having any medical insurance the cost to get her into a program for her diagnosis is very expensive. She’s also a mother of 3 beautiful babies.

We are asking for donations to help fund these costs and support her on her road to recovery. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
