Mother of 3 needs a kidney transplant

Hello my name is Erika and i am reaching out to you all to help make a few genuine peoples life a little easier. My friend Beckys daughter is very ill and i am asking for any possible help. Jordan is a 32 year old single mother of three beautiful children, ages 4, 9, and 12. Three years ago Jordan started having health issues and was diagnosed with A typical HUS which is an auto immune disease. This disease attacks your organs and due to this she is in full kidney failure. She is in extreme need of a kidney transplant. She goes to ḍialasis 3 times a week. She has a fistula in her arm where she receives her dialysis and currently she has been having complications with it. This disease also causes her to have high blood pressure and seizures. She has had a brain bleed and been intubated 4 times. Daily she takes 19 medications but is still constantly hospitalized. She is incapable of working or driving because of her illness and relies completely on her family for support. Transportation is hard to find help with when she has multiple doctor appointments in Manitowoc, Greenbay, and Milwaukee. Jordan remains strong and positive and lives every moment for her 3 young children and their happiness and is greatful for every moment she gets to see their smiles. She recently was admitted to the hospital again and than transported to a larger hospital far from family. She now has an infection in her heart and it's leaking fluids in her belly causing her liver and intestines to swell. She has to have her gall bladder removed and get a TTE test done to check the back of her heart for infection. Thus will help drs see if she needs more medications or possible heart surgery . On top of that she caught influenza. It's insane what she is going through. This family is going through so much. Let's do what we can to ease the hard times. They need to focus all of their energy on eachother. Any help is greatly appreciated.
