My daughter Kara a mother of three, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a granddaughter, an Aunt and friend of many has been battling Cancer for 6 years. Between surgeries, chemo and radiation treatments and being told she had clear margins, the cancer found its way through her body 3 years ago. After being scanned due to an automobile accident she was told her cancer had metastasized to her bones. Upon further scans and biopsies it is was shown to be in her liver and brain. She continued to fight and went into remission for a time. Her journey has been a tough one with many battle scars along the way. It is with a sadness I cant describe Im writing this to tell you, we were informed her cancer is back and throughout her body. It is back in her Brain, Liver and bones, it has also found its way to her pituitary and adrenal glands as well as her spine. The doctors told us that treatments are not an option. We ask that you keep Kara in your thoughts and prayers during this time and send her love, positive energy and light. Kara has touch so many lives, she has helped many people and many friends even if it meant she went without. She couldn’t pass a homeless person without helping or a stray without finding it a home which often ended up being hers for a time. I have set up this fund for multiple reasons, most importantly to help with final preparations as well as help with the family’s needs during this tragic time Thank you all in advance.
