Mother (Dorothy Spinella) needs your help!!!

This is the Result in what someone tried to do to my Mother!This 63 year old women was on her shift waiting to get off and go home this guy names (Rusty aka william g helmer ) tired to take my mothers life! i need all the help and support that she will need to make it through all of this ! will update as it comes alonge right now she is VERY CRITICAL she has over 40% burns on her body and starts from her head down. her lungs are badly burnt and so is her heart! this is very hard for me and as only son i dont want to lose her yet!
