Mother and Sons Journey of Redemption - World Service Tour

I am a Hoosier Mama pulling out all the stops to save my teen boys from drug addiction and depression before it’s too late. We had family trauma around the holidays that coupled with their ages (14 & 16) and genetic predisposition for addiction has created a desperate situation.
Since desperate measures are called for, I quit my job, cashed in my small retirement, and I’m taking my boys on a service and learning trip. We will begin in Germany and Austria where we will see a concentration camp history lesson, head to Greece to learn about controlling animal populations, then move on to Ghana where we will live in the community we will serve for two weeks building a school, Japan is next to learn and serve in cleaning the oceans, before coming home with a new lease on life.
I lost 2 out of my 3 brothers to suicide, one of whom battled addiction for decades. Two of my cousins died from overdoses, and my family will never be the same. I must do everything I can to save my boys, something only their traveled mother can do… Show them there’s more to life than getting high in a park in Indianapolis… More than shrooms and fent… This trip is the only thing that can change their perspectives. It worked for me.
Here’s the only problem… Money always goes faster than it should. We have flight segments from North America to Europe, then to Africa, and on to Asia, before returning home. That’s a lot of airfare… The yellow fever vaccines were $1,500 for all 3 of us. Ghana service program fee is $5,000, all-inclusive. In addition are the bills while we’re gone to keep our life running.
I know this is my own doing, and we will work it out. However, if you are so inclined to financially support us in our journey, please feel free to contribute a few dollars. It all comes back around. Thank you. Love you.
