Mother and Kids Facing Unsafe Living Conditions

We are struggling bad. The abuse is becoming worse, pushing, slamming doors, flipping furniture. We need to get our own place. It is a desperate situation now. I’m hoping and praying anyone who can help us, sees this. We need a home urgently. I need to either be able to pay a year of rent upfront or a hefty down payment to buy. Having no job nobody will rent or sell to me otherwise but once I have a home I will be able to get a work from home job that’s already lined up I just need to pass a home study and I cannot here. I need a job to leave, but need to leave to get a job. Seems hopeless!! My kids and I need out of here. It’s hazardous. I hear mice all the time, they’ve chewed through my children’s dresser and some clothing. They’re getting on my kids beds and leaving feces and urine stains. I’m terrified by the thought of my infant crawling at some point this year and being on this floor where mice run. I won’t let my older kids walk around without at least socks on. My abuser won’t help treat for mice, I’m trying my best but cannot do it alone and cannot afford to put what little money I have into a home that we HAVE to leave.
