Mother and Daughter Face Eviction

Donation protected
15 years ago, my husband passed away from a brain tumor. He was 39 years old, and I had just turned 40 years old. We had one child a daughter, who was seven years old when her father passed away. My husband had always been my anchor so when he passed away I struggled for years.
Boruch Hashem when I found my way to Yiddishkeit about 12 years ago, I made my anchor serving Hashem as an observant Jew and both my daughter and I have been fully observant, for 11 years now. We subsequently relocated to Springfield, Massachusetts and then to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to ensure my daughter's attendance at a Jewish school.
Even after finding my way to Yiddishkeit I was still struggling to carry on by myself. I was focused on getting remarried and focused on the future- at the expense of the present. I am now able to accept being a widow and being alone, and am making plans to be financially self-sufficient after depleting our life savings. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work and had worked for a number of years as a clinical social worker before my husband passed away. I am hoping to utilize my years of clinical social work experience, and my personal lived experience to help and support other widows.
I recently moved to Brooklyn, NY as I had secured a position with a reputable non-profit organization in Brooklyn. Regrettably, that opportunity didn't materialize as expected. I am currently in the process of obtaining my clinical social work license in New York.
Once I obtain approval for my license, there is optimism that my financial situation will stabilize.
Unfortunately, without a father figure, my financial situation is precarious. We urgently require significant financial assistance to maintain our current two-bedroom basement apartment, with a possible eviction facing us in just a few days and lack of funds necessary to cover my many bills.
The undersigned have assisted me with covering my rent and bills these last few months but are no longer able to do that themselves. I am reaching out for help from the wider community to help me keep a roof over our heads and pay some of my bills as I apply for my social work license in NY.
I am deeply grateful for any amount that you can give to help us.
