MOT test station fundraiser for mono motorcycles

mono motorcycles has grown from a small home based garage, to the established Chichester based workshop it is today.

We (Daniel and Katy, Directors at mono motorcycles) have worked tirelessly to create a customer focussed service and repair centre for the local community and beyond.

Over the years we have provided a wealth of service and repair options for the local community and our wiring specialism has been sought out nationally and internationally.

In 2022 the mono motorcycles team started to grow when we welcomed Oaklie though our doors, a promising apprentice and talented junior technician in the making.

As we head into 2024 mono motorcycles are taking the next step in our evolution as we seek another motorcycle technician and we have secured premises to open our own MOT testing centre.

The MOT testing centre will give mono motorcycles the opportunity to become a one stop shop for all motorcyclists service, repair, wiring and MOT needs all under one roof.

Being able to offer these facilities to the local biking community and to improve our customer care further, is a focus for us as we go forward.

However, establishing an MOT testing centre comes at a cost with the MOT testing equipment alone costing £10,000 and an additional £10,000 to cover training, legal fees, etc, etc.

We are able to raise some of the funds ourselves, but we are not in a position to do it all.

Therefore, we are reaching out to the biking community and beyond to ask for donations to support our plans to install the MOT testing centre and be able to offer our customers a one stop for all their motorcycling needs.

We are looking for collective donations of £10,000 to cover the MOT testing equipment. Unfortunately as we are starting a new testing station, we must use all new equipment by law.

All donations would be enormously appreciated and we would both be so very grateful for any support which you can afford. Every single penny would help us to achieve our goal and support our community further.

Once the MOT testing station is up and running, all those who donate (with permission) will be recognised on a physical Thank You board inside the MOT testing station and on our company website.
